Dust regularly to prevent accumulation. Remove dirt with soft white cotton dampened with water or diluted neutral detergent, using light pressure. Keep abrasives, alcohol and chemical solvents off the braid. Rubbing, scratching and misuse can fray these textile strands. Cosmetics and fruit juices can leave difficult marks, so take particular care to avoid contact.

Use warm water and neutral soap or a delicate-surface cleaner. Avoid abrasives, solvents, ammonia and alcohol; dry completely.

Use the care symbols supplied with the product to determine how its cover may be washed at home. Readjust Velcro fasteners periodically to smooth usage creases. Where no fasteners are fitted, smooth the cover by hand from the centre towards the outside.

Dust using soft, dry cotton. Address spills immediately and absorb the liquid with paper towels. Then use white cotton or microfibre lightly dampened with water and neutral soap, and allow the surface to dry in a ventilated place.

Blot a stain promptly with clean white cloth. If residue must be lifted, carefully use the flat side of a spoon or knife horizontally against it, without damaging the cover. Blot inward from the edges to limit rings. Use light circular movements rather than heavy pressure.

Pat and fluff the cushions by hand on all sides to aerate the filling and restore its volume. Periodically remove the covers, knead and fluff the filling, air it outdoors where possible, then refit. If feasible, swap frequently used cushions with less-used ones.

Remove oil and sunscreen promptly. Cover dry furniture with its dedicated waterproof cover during prolonged outdoor storage. Remove cushions before stacking, maximum six chairs.

Follow the washing label underneath the cover. Air dry completely before closed storage to prevent mould.

Do not immerse or place by pool edges; avoid direct seawater, chlorinated water or snow contact. Cover only when sufficiently dry, never while occupied. Keep covers away from children to prevent entanglement and suffocation.
