If needed lightly moisten the cloth with distilled water; never spray the TV directly. Dry fully before reconnecting power. Avoid window cleaner, soap, alcohol, ammonia and paper towels.
For fingerprints on the matte models identified in the support article: after powering off and unplugging, use a slightly damp cloth, then gently use a dry melamine sponge before the water dries. Do not wet the sponge or add cleaner.
