Responsibilities

• Check invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents before entry.
• Record assigned transactions and maintain traceable accounting files.
• Track balances and bank transactions and reconcile with sales, warehouse and suppliers.
• Support stock counts, reporting schedules and closing documentation.

Requirements

• Education in accounting, auditing or finance.
• Understanding of bookkeeping and supporting-document checks.
• Excel skills and ability to learn accounting software.
• Accuracy, integrity and proactive communication of discrepancies; practical accounting experience is a plus.
