Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries against documents; record condition and discrepancies.
• Organise furniture and lighting by item code and location, following safe storage and handling practices.
• Prepare outbound goods and verify quantities and condition before handover.
• Maintain stock records, perform counts and work with accounting to resolve differences.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations or goods receipt and dispatch; furniture or fragile-goods experience is a plus.
• Ability to use Excel or inventory software and check stock documents.
• Integrity, accuracy and accountability for goods and records.
• Ability to coordinate deliveries and follow warehouse safety procedures.
